Header for the surviving (near-empty) BTSCNRL.CPP — the TU only includes <bt.hpp> +
<btscnrl.hpp>, so the header is a thin `BTScenarioRole : ScenarioRole` specialisation.
Basis: BT412's reconstruction, de-modernized: `explicit` REMOVED (not in BC4.52's C++),
`ScenarioRole__ModelResource` kept (the double-underscore nested-class workaround is the
PERIOD idiom — the surviving engine SCNROLE.HPP uses it itself); ctor pair mirrors
SCNROLE.HPP:144-149. Banner cloned from BTSCNRL.CPP (05/06/96 GDU).
Compile-proven via the original BTSCNRL.CPP. [T1 shapes / T3 that no additional members
existed — nothing in the image or any consumer suggests any]
