Un-ignored: this is the working copy the emulator actually boots (patched BTL4OPT.EXE v4 lineage + .orig/.nop14/.pre_idle/.pre_limit backups, TESTARN.EGG arena1 test egg, REL410 BT+RP trees, VGL_LABS pod boot bats, VWETEST factory test suites, SB16 Creative utilities). LOW FREQUENCY SPEAKER TEST -
|
|
DETECT PLACEMENT OF BASE AND MIDRANGE IN SELECTED BACK CLUSTER:
|
|
|
|
> When you start the tes, press the meter against the center of
|
|
each speaker grill.
|
|
The meter should read as follows for selected BACK CLUSTER:
|
|
|
|
- For woofers: between 82 and 85 db
|
|
- For midrange: about 76db
|
|
- For tweeters: about 77db
|
|
|
|
> If the speaker reads above or below its range, its wiring may be switched
|
|
with another speaker in its cluster.
|
|
|
|
- If the woofer and midrange are switched:
|
|
- woofer reads about 70 db; midrange reads about 84 db.
