    Adds BattleTech operator-console support and a virtual-pod test tool.

    BattleTech console port (parity with Red Planet):

    • BT egg builder + data catalog, golden-egg diff tests
    • BTGame pane and a de-hardcoded shell that picks the game by ApplicationID
      (RPL4=Red Planet, BTL4=BattleTech)
    • BT mission results, score-sheet printing, and a defaults dialog
    • BattleTech 4.11 (btl4.exe) product in the Install Product catalog

    vPOD - virtual pod / game-client stand-in for testing the consoles:

    • Speaks the Munga control protocol as a server on 1501; emulates the pod
      ApplicationState machine and reassembles/streams-back the egg
    • Red Planet / BattleTech toggle, egg viewer, protocol log
    • Power On/Off, and the real end-mission graceful-exit + watchdog-restart cycle
    • Deployable from Manage Site -> Install Product

    Also: install.bat joins the Tesla workgroup and enables SMB1; the 410console
    hand-off docs are tracked.
