Server blipped ~6min (watcher caught the return). Cyd's glass-lamp-latency had 2 unmerged
commits: 7d112ce = THE #138 FIX (glass panels repaint driven from the main loop -> full-rate
flash when unfocused; Windows throttles background timers) + red Panic/Eject colorClass, and
67074c8 = plasma window joins glass_layout.cfg noframe persistence. Review: clean (bounded
4-slot extern-window registry; additive BT_GLASS-gated frame hook; zero conflicts -- L4VIDEO
touch is a different region from the fog work). Merged --no-ff, symbols confirmed in the .map
(release strings don't carry fn names -- don't string-check for symbols), smoke green
(4.11.801 boots, fog resolves, no exceptions). Zip verified; notes:
dist/RELEASE_NOTES_4.11.801_discord.md (adds the Cyd item). #138 can be closed when
field-confirmed tonight.
