Completes every class the Mech-ctor segment walk instantiates: Reservoir (: HeatSink), Searchlight + ThermalSight (: PowerWatcher), MechTech + Subsystem- MessageManager (: Subsystem, surviving CODE headers), Actuator (: MechSubsystem fallback).
